Library Cards

Library cards are free to residents and/or property owners within the library district.  Logansport-Cass County Public Library’s district includes the city of Logansport as well as the following Cass County townships: Eel, Adams, Bethlehem, Clay, Clinton, Deer Creek, Harrison, Jackson, Jefferson, Miami, Noble, and Washington.

To register please bring ID with proof of your current address.

Library users of the Royal Center-Boone Township Public Library or the Walton-Tipton Township Public Library may be issued a Logansport-Cass County Public Library card. To register for this reciprocal borrowing card please bring in your Royal Center or Walton library card.

Those persons living outside the county whose home libraries are not part of the Statewide Reciprocal Borrowing Program may purchase a non-resident card for $55.00 per year or an Indiana Public Library Access Card (PLAC) for $65.00 per year.

A fee of $2.00 is charged to replace any lost or damaged card.

Loan Periods

Books, audiobooks (tape or CD), VHS tapes, magazines, and music CDs have a 14 day loan period.

DVDs are loaned for 5 days.

Fines

Fines on all circulating materials are 15 cents per day with a maximum of $3.00 per item.
